The Wayside Wildcat Band offers instrumental music education beginning in sixth grade and features three competitive concert ensembles that routinely earn Superior ratings at UIL Concert and Sightreading Contests.
The Wayside Honor Band was selected to perform at the 2025 Music for All National Concert Band Festival, was a TMEA State Honor Band Finalist in 1999, and a TMEA Area B Finalist in 2023. We are a proud feeder program for both the Boswell and Eagle Mountain High School Band Programs.
